Team Registration Instructions

The same link is used for both team and player registration.

1) Once you clink the link you will be shown the login page. If this is your first time registering as a team or player you will need to create a new account. The new system allows for one person to register multiple teams as well.

To create a new account click the highlighted link shown below.

 

 



2) The system will then prompt you for an email and password. Once you submit the information it will ask you to enter a code that will be sent to your email so please make sure you can access the email you entered.



 


 

 

3) Once you have created an account and logged in you will be shown this screen for team registration. Click the ‘Team Registration’ button.

4) The next screen will allow you to enter all the needed information for registration.

Start by picking the division your team will take part in, 



 


 

 

5) You then need to pick someone to be a team captain. This person does not have to be the one registering and paying for the team. If you are registering a team for the first time you need to enter the necessary information.

If you have registered a team before then the system should have saved all of your information and your name should be in the drop down menus, skip to step 6). You can still make changes if needed by editing any of the fields.




 


 

 

6) Next you will need to fill out the team information, if you are registering a team for the first time on the ‘Team’ drop down menu select ‘Create a New Team’. If you have registered your team for a previous season the system will have remembered your team name and you can skip to step 11)

 


 

 

7) You will then need to enter the team name and the team jersey colors. 

 




 


 

 

8) For the Jersey colors you have a choice of solid (one color for the whole jersey) or pattern (typically this is striped jerseys but can be any pattern).

 

 

 


 

 

9) After picking the pattern you need to pick the colors. This can be done by clicking on the field under the section, this will open a color picker. Within this you can either type the hex code of your jersey color if known, or you can pick any colour from the color pallet window.

 

 


 

 

10) If ‘pattern’ jersey is selected then you will have two options for top color.

 

 


11) Once all the information has been added it will show a box containing the ‘packages’, this will be automatically populated with the necessary fees. Check these are what you expect and click continue. The option to enter a promo code is shown later.

 

 


 

 

12) On the next window you will be shown all of the necessary waivers and user agreements required by the state and the league to participate. Read these carefully and sign in the box below by drawing either with your mouse on a computer, or your finger if on mobile or tablet. Click the ‘I am age of majority…’ box and click continue.

 


 

15) Then select your payment method (default is credit card) and click submit registration.


 


 

 

16) You will then need to fill out the payment information and click process payment.

 

 


 

 

17) Once the system accepts your payment you will be shown a confirmation page. 

At the bottom of this page you will be shown an Invite Code, and an invite link.

Please make sure to note these down and keep them safe. Players will only be able to join your team using one of these! If needed you can find these from the team management page.
